2011, at 4:30 p.m. as the date of the Annual Meeting
of Shareholders. We invite all shareholders to
attend the meeting, which will be held at Reiman

On February 26, 2010,
the Company had approximately 507 shareholders and
an estimated 940 beneficial owners whose shares were
held in nominee titles through brokerage or other
accounts. The Company's common stock is traded on
the
NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “ATLO”.
Trading in the Company's common stock is, however,
relatively limited. The closing price of the
Company's common stock was $18.51 on February 26, 2010.
Below is a summary of the
Company's high and low sales price for the common
stock on a per share basis. The comparison
also outlines the Company's declared cash dividends
during the past two years. The Company declared
aggregate annual cash dividends in 2009 and 2008 of
$3,773,000 and $10,564,000, respectively, or $0.40
per share in 2009 and $1.12 per share in 2008. In
February 2010, the Company declared an aggregate
cash dividend of $1,038,000 or $0.11 per share.
